Phone Features Reference Guide

The phone features offered by Zona can be managed either online through the CommPortal or by codes using your phone. The following is a list of the features and instructions Zona offers in alphabetical order. Click the features title to view corresponding instructions.

Call Forwarding

With Call Forwarding, you can route calls made to your home number to any local or long distance number that you select so you won’t miss important calls.

Call Waiting

With Call Waiting, a special tone alerts you to an incoming call when you’re already on the phone, giving you the opportunity to continue your conversation or put the first caller on hold and answer the inbound call.

Caller ID

Caller ID allows you to see the name and number of the caller on a display unit or display phone before you answer a call.

Custom Ringing

With Custom Ringing, you can have a second telephone number that rings in a distinctive way on your primary line.

Last Call Return (*69)

With Last Call Return, you can learn who last called and automatically return the call, whether you answered it or not.

Three-Way Calling

With Three-Way Calling, you can talk with two people in separate local or long distance locations at the same time.
