The phone features offered by Zona can be managed either online through the CommPortal or by codes using your phone. The following is a list of the features and instructions Zona offers in alphabetical order. Click the features title to view corresponding instructions.
CALL FORWARDING – With Call Forwarding, you can route calls made to your home number to any local or long distance number that you select so you won’t miss important calls.
CALL WAITING – With Call Waiting, a special tone alerts you to an incoming call when you’re already on the phone, giving you the opportunity to continue your conversation or put the first caller on hold and answer the inbound call.
CALLER ID – Caller ID allows you to see the name and number of the caller on a display unit or display phone before you answer a call. View Instructions
CUSTOM RINGING – With Custom Ringing, you can have a second telephone number that rings in a distinctive way on your primary line.
FIND ME FOLLOW ME – With Find Me Follow Me, you may have your incoming phone calls redirected to one or more alternate destinations and you may configure multiple destinations to ring in a prescribed order. For instance, you can set the order to ring your cell phone, then your work phone and then your home phone. If the phone is not picked up, you may direct it to voice mail.
LAST CALL RETURN (*69) – With Last Call Return, you can learn who last called and automatically return the call, whether you answered it or not.
SELECTIVE CALL ACCEPTANCE – Selective Call Acceptance lets you create a list of phone numbers from which you are willing to accept calls. Calls from numbers not on this list receive an automated message stating that you are not currently accepting calls.
SELECTIVE CALL FORWARDING – Selective Call Forwarding allows you to create a list of phone numbers that will be routed upon calling to a local or long distance number you specify.
SELECTIVE CALL REJECTION – Selective Call Rejection lets you create a list of phone numbers from which you are not willing to accept calls. Calls from numbers on this list receive an automated message stating that you are not currently accepting calls.
SPEED CALLING 8 NUMBER – With Speed Calling 8 Number, you can reach eight frequently called numbers quickly by dialing a single digit.
SIMRING – With SimRing, you may have your incoming phone calls ring on multiple phone sets at the same time until one phone is answered. For instance, you can set your cell phone, work phone and your home phone to ring at the same time. If the phone is not picked up, you may direct it to voice mail.
SPEED CALLING 30 NUMBER – With Speed Calling 30 Number, you can reach thirty frequently called numbers quickly by dialing two digits.
THREE-WAY CALLING – With Three-Way Calling, you can talk with two people in separate local or long distance locations at the same time.
